MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP — A man is in critical condition after police say he was shot by his wife in Wayne County.
According to troopers, Joanne Noll, 54, shot her husband in their home in Manchester Township, near Equinunk, around 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
The woman then called police and surrendered.
Her husband, James Noll, 60, was flown to the Geisinger C.M.C. trauma unit. He is in critical condition.
Joanne Noll is locked up in Wayne County.
