A home was destroyed Thursday night by a fire in Montour County.
The fire started at a home just before 9:00 p.m. on Stamm Road near Washingtonville.
The homeowner said he was in the barn behind his home when he heard an explosion. He looked out to see his home on fire.
Firefighters said the house was completely destroyed. The family said they lost everything.
More than 100 members of the homeowners church in Washingtonville arrived on the scene to help the couple and their six month old child.
Fire crews said they are conducting an investigation.
