Two Sentenced For Harrassment of Palin Lawyer

A father and son from Schuylkill County have been sentenced for harassing the lawyer representing former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin.

Craig Christy, 48, and Shawn Christy, 20, of McAdoo were sentenced to probation in December for harassing the former Alaska governor.

In January, the two admitted making hundreds of threatening phone calls to the law firm that represents Palin.

On Friday, a judge sentenced both men to five years probation. Their use of the internet is also restricted.

In addition, Shawn Christy must serve 180 days in a residential treatment center.
