A judge in Clinton County sent a woman to prison for causing a deadly crash while she was driving drunk.
Tera Confer, 32, was sentenced to three to seven years in state prison. She was also handed eight years of probation after her prison sentence.
Confer pleaded guilty earlier this month to charges of vehicular homicide while DUI.
According to court papers, Confer was drunk when she crossed the center line on Route 150 in Bald Eagle Township in November, 2011. Her vehicle collided head-on with a car driven by Jerry Marshall of Lock Haven.
Marshall was killed and his wife and grandson were injured.
