A man who illegally dumped a load of mud waste from a natural gas well on state game lands is headed to jail.
A judge sentenced Josh Foster of Georgia to 14 days to 18 months behind bars. Foster will get credit for the 14 days he has already spent in jail. He is to report to jail on May 22. He must also pay a $1,000 fine.
Foster admitted dumping the 800 gallons mud on game lands in Warren Township, Bradford County last December.
