A man from Monroe County faces charges for a deadly crash last year on Interstate 80.
Rodney Hightman, 47, of East Stroudsburg surrendered to police Friday. He was charged with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and related charges.
Police said Hightman was driving on Interstate 80 near the Bartonsville exit last October when his car went off the road and rolled.
A passenger, William Brockett of East Stroudsburg was killed.
Hightman is held on $100,000 bail.
