A pedestrian was hit by an SUV early Saturday morning in Wilkes-Barre.
It happened along South Main Street around 1 a.m.
Police said a man was hit and taken to the hospital.
His name and condition have not been released.
Police detained the driver of the SUV. There is no word yet if charges will be filed.
