A man and woman are locked up in Susquehanna County, accused of forcing a 13-year-old girl to smoke marijuana and methamphetamine.
Police said Amber Sorenson, 24, and Christian Sorenson, 44, both of Friendsville, were watching the girl at the time.
Both are charged with endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors.
