Charges have been filed against a mother from West Hazleton after a disturbing YouTube video was found on the Internet.
Elisa Henchenski, 35, faces charges of corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children after she was seen instigating a fight that broke out between her 14-year-old daughter and another teen girl in November.
In the video Henchenski can be heard yelling at the girls, "You two fight now. No one is jumping in."
West Hazleton police said they confirmed Henchenski was the woman in the video and is awaiting a preliminary hearing date in court.
Police said the two 14-year-old girls both were cited for disorderly conduct and harassment.
