This exhibit at the 2012 Philadelphia Flower Show is a fantasy rock garden inspired by the wind carved stone formations and lunar like landscape of the Garden of the Gods, a high desert area on the island of Lanai.  Legend has it that ancient Hawaiian gods created the garden by dropping the boulders from the sky. Michael Petrie's hand-made Gardens presented this fantastic depiction of the Keahiakawelo.

Paul Epom checks out the most amazing display consisting of ....lettuce.  This green wall is beautifully created with several varieties of lettuce plants. It is presented by the Horticultural Academy at Abraham Lincoln High School.   It portrays using vertical spaces to grow gardens.
