State police in Snyder County are just releasing information about a toddler’s death last week.
It happened at 11 a.m. on March 15 at a home on Walk Snook Road in West Beaver Township near McClure.
Police said the two-year-old child was playing in the sandbox at his home when a family member got into a truck and began to turn around in the driveway. The child then walked behind the moving truck and was run over.
State police said it was an accident and no charges are pending against the family member who was driving the truck at the time.
The child was not identified.
