A head-on crash late Monday afternoon killed one woman and sent three others to the hospital.
The crash happened about 4 p.m. on Route 209 near Brodheadsville.
According to the Monroe County coroner, it appears a car cross the center line and hit a station wagon head-on.
The driver of the car was killed. Two passengers in that car were flown to the hospital.
The driver of the station wagon was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
None of the victims have been identified.
