A man and his mother are facing felony drug charges in Luzerne County.
Police said James Musial, 24, of Harveys Lake sold heroin to a police informant on two occasions this month in Forty Fort. Each time, according to investigators, Musial’s mother, Caroline Atherton, 66, of Harveys Lake, was driving the car in which the drug sale allegedly happened.
Both Musial and Atherton are charged with possession with intent to deliver, delivering heroin and other related crimes.
