Man Sentenced for Using Pipe Bombs

A man who pleaded guilty to using pipe bombs in Monroe County learned his punishment Thursday in federal court.

Zach Dougher of Stroudsburg was sentenced to 20 months in federal prison for his involvement in two pipe bomb incidents.

Authorities said one pipe bomb went off at a home in Stroudsburg in March, 2011 and another was found in the parking lot of R&R Heat Treating Company in stroudsburg in April, 2011.
