A woman already charged with running a charity scam in Lycoming County, collecting money for a sick child then pocketing the money for herself, is again charged with stealing.

This time she is accused of stealing a donation jar meant for two other children.

Family members are outraged that someone would steal a donation jar meant for two children who lost their father on Christmas Day.

It is the second time within a month the woman from the South Williamsport area is in trouble, and it was all caught on camera.

Surveillance video from the Faxxon Mart near Williamsport earlier this month shows the woman making off with a donation jar for the Anderson family from the Muncy area.

The woman distracted the clerk, put the jar under her arm and left. The store's owner said the jar contained several hundred dollars.

Now state police said the woman in the video is none other than Jennifer Dietrick.

Newswatch 16 was there last month when Dietrick was arrested and charged with theft for allegedly posing as donation collector for a girl battling cancer. At the time we spoke with that child's father.

"It just needs to stop. It's hurting our fundraising chances, you're hurting my daughter. It's bad enough time for us as it is, let alone having to deal with this mess," Heath Heller said last month.

His daughter, Delaney, is battling a brain tumor and police said Dietrick went door to door, asking for money to help Delaney.

Instead, police said, she pocketed the money. Dietrick made bail after her arrest, and investigators said it didn't take long for her to strike again.

Jennifer Dietrick faces more theft charges, but for now, is still free on bail.

The woman who put that donation jar in the store for her nephews said it was rude and low for Dietrick to allegedly take the money.

Dietrick remains free on bail while she waits for her next court appearance in Lycoming County.
