Fatal Wreck In Wayne County

One person is dead after an early morning crash in Wayne County.

The crash happened on Route 670 in Mount Pleasant Township, north of Honesdale.

Authorities said one man was killed when he lost control of his pick-up truck around 3 a.m. Thursday.

Troopers said the truck flipped several times before the man was thrown from the vehicle and pinned underneath.

The victim’s name has not been released.

A section of Route 670 is closed while crews clean up scene of the wreck.
