Ingredients
8oz. Chicken or veal
Deveined shrimp
2oz. butter
3 cloves Garlic minced
1 tbl. Fresh basil
½ tsp. Black pepper
½ tsp. Ground Thyme
½ cup Button mushrooms
1 tbl Sundried tomoatoes
¼ cup white wine
1 tbl. Lemon juice
2 oz. Heavy cream
6 oz. Chicken Stock
Directions
Dredge chicken or veal in flower, sear in hot oil 2 minutes.
Drain oilSaute all ingredients for 2 minutes, then add wine, lemon juice and cream. Add stock then reduce by ½ until sauce in semi thick. Garnish with Parsley and Romano cheese and fresh lemon wedge.
