Taste Test… Your Way: Best Wings

I loved the sauciness of the Windsor Inn’s wings and the crispiness. The wings themselves are also very large and meaty and tender. I loved all the different types of sauces too. From hot to super hot and tai chili and honey mustard. My Rating:

Taste Test… Your Way: Best Specialty Dish

This is another dish I have never tried before, and have never had anything like this either. It is a bit similar to chicken cutlet, but the outside is much crunchier and the honey mustard type sauce gives it a sweet taste, while the salty pretzel crust balances it out. The inside is then creamy and warm. I think comfort food when I tried this. I give Gubbios pretzel crusted chicken 4-and-a-half stars! My Rating:

POTTSVILLE — A teacher in Schuylkill County is using her art class to teach students the power to save. Students at Gillingham Charter School in Pottsville are upcycling. They’re reusing all kinds of material that would otherwise be thrown away to create several mosaics inside the school. The idea came from art teacher Carrie Miller, and the students jumped right in, collecting cups, plates, tiles, mirrors and whatever else they could find. Students said they really enjoyed saving hundreds of […]

Taste Test… Your Way: Best Pizza

I gave Arcaro and Genell’s pizza 5 out of 5 stars! I absolutely loved both pizza pies. The double crusted white, however, was my favorite. The gooeyness of the cheese, and very light taste of the seasoning and the light, crispy, and fluffy crust made this pizza a five star recipe in my book. You have got to try Arcaro and Genell’s pizza if you haven’t already done so!! Now, you guys let us know how many stars you give […]

The Bourbon Turkey Burger, the Beef Surf and Turf, and the Spicy California Pickle burger. The Bourbon Turkey Burger is topped with melted provolone cheese, caramelized Spanish onions, crispy bacon, and homemade Jack Bourbon sauce. The Beef Surf and Turf is covered with jumbo lump crab meat, old […]
