    HEMLOCK TWP. — State police are investigating a suspicious death in Hemlock Township, Columbia County. Troopers say a friend found the body of Frank Spencer, 46, inside his house along Fairview Drive around 10:40 a.m. An autopsy will be conducted on Thursday, July 5. Investigators were also collecting evidence at Frank Spencer’s Auto Parts along Route 42, which is near the Spencer home. Spencer’s  truck was missing from his house.
