LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — A fire slowed traffic on Interstate 81 North Wednesday afternoon.
A tractor-trailer caught fire just before 2 p.m. near the rest area exit in Dorrance.
The shoulder on that section of Interstate 81 North was closed for hours as crews responded to the fire in Luzerne County.
