CARBON COUNTY, Pa. — Crews say the fire sparked just after 1:30 p.m. Sunday along East Lizard Creek Road in East Penn Township.
Two people were home at the time, but they made it out safely.
Fire officials believe the flames started in the kitchen and spread to the attic.
Officials believe the fire near Lehighton was accidental.
