KELLY TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Firefighters say one calf died in a barn fire outside Lewisburg.
According to fire officials, someone passing by Gessner Farm along Crossroads Drive in Kelly Township noticed the fire around 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
The White Deer Township fire chief said the barn was destroyed. All the animals made it out except for one calf.
No one else was hurt.
A state police fire marshal is expected to look for a cause on Monday. The fire chief said the fire did not appear to be suspicious at this point.
