CARBONDALE, Pa. -- A pedestrian was hit by a car in Lackawanna County.
That person was struck on Brooklyn Street in Carbondale after 6 a.m. on Wednesday.
The driver told officers the man just appeared and he didn't see him in the road.
There is no word how badly the pedestrian was hurt here in Lackawanna County.
