SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY — Sex charges put a man behind bars in Susquehanna County.
Police say Bruce Witbeck from Susquehanna had child pornography and video of a woman changing in a bathroom on his phone.
Witbeck is also charged with threatening to put out intimate pictures of another woman who filed a protection of abuse order against him.
