SCRANTON -- Lackawanna County's commissioner confirms that six out of the seven corrections officers accused of sexually abusing female prisoners have been fired.
The former corrections officers were charged last month after a grand jury investigation into the prison.
Authorities have set up a hotline for women who wish to report abuse in the prison. The number for that hotline is 570-846-4074.
