SCRANTON -- The annual raising of the Irish flag above the Lackawanna County Courthouse in Scranton took place Sunday.
The Irish Cultural Society is one of the groups that helps hoist the flag every March.
Scranton's big St. Patrick's Parade is set for Saturday, March 10.
