MONTROSE — A 10 year old is facing terroristic threats charges in Susquehanna County for allegedly making a bogus threat.
State police say the girl in the Montrose Area School District sent a text message stating that two people were planning shootings at four schools.
The suspect admitted sending the text but said it was just a joke.
