FOSTER TOWNSHIP -- A jack-knifed tractor trailer struck a bridge in Luzerne County Saturday morning.
The crash happened around 4:30 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 80 near White Haven.
Traffic was slowed while the driver was checked out and crews cleared the scene but is back to normal at this hour.
