MOUNT CARMEL — A fire last week in Northumberland County was an accident, according to state police investigators.
Fire tore through row homes on Hickory Street in Mount Carmel last week.
A state police fire marshal believes it started accidentally in the kitchen area of 317 N. Hickory Street.
No one was living there but utilities were connected.
