SALEM TOWNSHIP -- Flames scorched a home in Wayne County.
Two people were inside the place on Cemetery Road near Hamlin when that fire sparked in a chimney early Wednesday morning.
The chief says the flames quickly spread to the walls.
Both people in escaped okay here in Wayne County.
