WILLIAMSPORT -- The river ice has closed a state park in Lycoming County.
Video from the Hiawatha Paddlewheel Riverboat on Facebook shows all the ice that has backed up, flooding Susquehanna State Park in Williamsport.
The park is closed while all that frigid water and ice move along the Susquehanna River.
