DUNMORE -- Flames heavily damaged a building in Lackawanna County.
It broke out after noon Thursday in a garage on Jessup Avenue in Dunmore.
Heavy smoke and fire were coming from the building when crews were on the scene.
Firefighters said a frozen hydrant hindered their efforts to fight the fire.
No one was hurt.
There was a chicken coop outside the garage and all the chickens are now missing.
There is no word on the cause.
