SCOTT TOWNSHIP -- A husband and wife are facing animal cruelty charges in Lackawanna County.
Investigators say Robert and Hope Sia kept dogs, snakes and other animals in deplorable conditions in a home in Scott Township.
Humane officers say a tip led them to the home.
The couple is out on bail and due back in court next week in Lackawanna County.
