WILKES-BARRE -- A holiday event had kids breaking open their piggy banks Sunday afternoon.
Endless Possibilities Consignment and Beyond held its fourth annual Kids Buy Presents for a Penny event.
Children were able to use some change to buy a gift for those they love this holiday season here in Luzerne County.
