ARCHBALD -- A chain reaction crash tied up rush-hour traffic in Lackawanna County.
Archbald police tell us a car and a mail delivery vehicle collided head-on around 4 p.m. on Main Street.
Two other vehicles also crashed.
Police say the driver of the mail delivery vehicle was listed in critical condition.
