SCRANTON – A burst water pipe caused problems for office workers and drivers in downtown Scranton Wednesday morning.

It happened on the fourth floor of the Bank Towers building at Spruce Street and Wyoming Avenue, according to the fire chief.

Power had to be cut and part of the building was evacuated.

Spruce Street was shut down while crews worked to fix that water problem.
