SCRANTON -- All walks of life were welcomed at a gathering in Scranton.
The Electric City's United Neighborhood Centers held the event Saturday to bring together long-time residents and recent immigrants.
Organizers say the event in Scranton is meant to promote cultural unity and they want everyone to feel welcome.
The family friendly event included face painting, fun, food and arts.
