MILTON – A man from Northumberland County is accused of sexually assaulting a child.
Watsontown Police Department arrested James Hare,19, of Milton on Friday.
Investigators said Hare raped and sexually assaulted an underage female in December of 2016.
He is charged with rape, sexual assault, indecent assault, and corruption of minors.
