SCRANTON -- Traffic is moving smoothly again in a busy part of downtown Scranton.
Linden Street is open near Courthouse Square.
The 400 block had been closed for a few months while crews renovated the federal courthouse.
The project is finished just in time for next weekend's La Festa Italiana celebration in downtown Scranton.
