WILKES-BARRE — Police in Wilkes-Barre say a man was stabbed during an argument over custody of a child.
According to police, Marissa Toloczko, 32, of Wilkes-Barre stabbed the victim three times inside a home on South Sherman Street around 5 p.m. Sunday.
The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
Toloczko was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and harassment.
