WILKES-BARRE -- A woman who avoided jail time after allegedly leaving her toddler in a hot car last year is facing charges again -- this time for welfare fraud.

This is video of Rosemine Chery of Wilkes-Barre leaving district court in July of 2016.

Investigators say Chery fraudulently claimed more than $5,000 worth of food stamps.
