LEHIGH TOWNSHIP — A sexually violent predator must serve at least twelve years in state prison.
A jury convicted Eric Richardson, 34, earlier this year for repeatedly sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl in Wayne County.
He was sentenced to prison on Thursday.
In addition to prison, Richardson was ordered to pay the victim’s counseling costs.
