SCRANTON -- Drivers in Scranton can expect delays starting Monday, July 31.
The Central Scranton Expressway will be open in one direction for most of the day starting at 6 a.m. on Monday.
Crews plan to have the outbound lane closed for patching work but the lane leading into the Electric City will remain open.
That work is set to wrap up around 3 Monday afternoon here in Scranton.
