HAZLETON — A man is facing burglary and other related charges for breaking into a home in Hazleton.
Police say Stephon Kinchen was caught on security cameras breaking into a home on North Wyoming Street sometime overnight.
Kinchen is accused of stealing cash, jewelry, and cigarettes from the home in Hazleton.
