MIFFLINBURG -- An assault suspect was caught in an unlikely place Saturday evening in Union County.
Newswatch 16 viewer video shows the moment police in Mifflinburg found the suspect in a porta potty.
Officers said they responded after an assault was reported at a nearby gas station before 6 p.m. Cops wound up tracking down the suspect inside that porta potty.
Officers arrested Christopher Ott of Millmont.
Ott's ex-girlfriend called police Saturday night after he allegedly showed up to her work, punched her in the head and dragged her through a store. He then locked himself in the porta potty.
Ott is locked up on $100, 000 bail in Union County.
