PRICE TOWNSHIP -- A resort in Monroe County is now under new ownership.
Business owners Jim and Linda Schlier of the Poconos posted on Facebook that their purchase of the Alpine Mountain Ski Resort near Canadensis has been finalized.
The couple say they plan to turn the place into a destination resort.
Alpine Mountain Resort filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy in early 2016.
