SCRANTON -- A panel discussion on heroin and opioid addiction in the Scranton area was held at Marywood University Tuesday evening.
Dozens of people turned out to learn about new ways to understand and treat addiction.
Members of the panel included lawmakers, law enforcement members, and a worker at a treatment center in Scranton.
Newswatch 16's Stacy Lange moderated the event.
