SCRANTON -- Garbage collection resumed this week in the city of Scranton.
It was suspended last week because of the blizzard.
However, recycling pickup has changed. Paper will be collected this week. Next week, glass and plastic will be collected.
In addition to trash pickup, the mayor tells us DPW workers are still clearing snow on the side of streets in Scranton.
