POTTSVILLE -- The wintry weather led to a low turnout for the Pottsville St. Patrick's Parade.

The parade stepped off around 11 a.m. Saturday, heading from West Market Street across town and ending on Laurel Boulevard.

People say even though they had to shiver, they still enjoyed the floats and festivities.
