COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP -- A 17 year old is now charged with homicide by vehicle for a crash last summer in Monroe County.
Police accuse the teenager from Saylorsburg of driving under the influence when she hit an oncoming vehicle on Route 196 near Tobyhanna.
James Miles, 21, of Tobyhanna, died.
